Dr Azra Abd Aziz spent 12 years as a doctor in Malaysia's Ministry of Health, trained in healthcare leadership at Harvard Medical School, and built two companies of her own. Today, the leaders who run organisations trust her with the one asset no one else can manage: themselves.

She has held a scalpel and a P&L. Twelve years in the Ministry of Health. A Harvard Medical School leadership programme, completed with Distinction. Two companies built with her own hands, one of them co-founded while she was still in medical school.
In August 2025 she left a safe government career to do one thing at full capacity: care for the people who carry organisations.
